Traveling as Couple
Although this hotel is in a great location, and the prices are fair, this hotel needs a major upgrade in rooms. The Sheets and Curtains are stained, and the carpet was soaking wet. Not Good!

Family with Young Children
I liked this hotel for the money and close proximity to the school. We didn't dine at the restaurant, but it smelled really yummy, and was always packed. Nice warm pool, no Jacuzzi. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We requested a roll-a-way bed when we checked in and it was in the room seems like seconds later. Nice breakfast offerings. Good waffle bar. Traveling as Couple
I was looking for a cheap, convenient place to stay while attending a comic convention. This place is exactly how I stated it - cheap/convenient. The area was safe and I was able to get a good rate for the room. However, the cons outweigh the pros. The floors were so dirty that even after taking a shower wasn't good enough. The room wasn't lit well enough. The parking situation was bad in that there weren't a lot of larger spaces around. Our air conditioner left a foul smell in the room after leaving it on for 20 minutes. If I had to choose whether or not I'd come back to this hotel.
